Mechanical bull rental pricing
Amusement rides carry a 4-hour minimum. To lock in a date, call (636) 345-2735 or send us a message. If the bull is more than your space or budget allows, our other carnival rides and inflatable games run smaller.
Specifications and space requirements
Check these before you book, especially the setup footprint and the two dedicated outlets.
We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocks. Please leave at least 4 feet of clear access to the setup area. If your outlets are more than 100 feet away, or you are setting up at a park, we rent generators.
Built and staffed for safety
Soft head
The bull's head is soft, which significantly reduces the risk of injury if a rider and the bull collide.
Adjustable speed
Speed and bucking intensity are dialed in for each rider, so a first-timer and an experienced rider can both take a turn.
Padded landing area
The bull sits inside a padded surround that catches riders when they come off.
Two trained attendants
Our team runs the controls for the entire rental. You never operate the bull yourself.
Licensed and insured
We are fully licensed and insured in Missouri, and additional insurance coverage is available on request.
Inspections handled
Setups at parks, schools, churches, and other public venues may require an additional inspection. Tell us the venue and we will sort it out.
Events we bring the bull to
A mechanical bull draws a crowd and keeps it there. Riders line up, everyone else stays to watch and film, and the line itself becomes part of the attraction.
The bull is also the anchor for a themed event. For a Wild West party, a rodeo-themed fundraiser, or a cowboy corporate night, it ties the whole theme together, and we offer optional themed decorations and accessories to match. We tailor the ride itself too: tell us whether you want a gentle setting for a family-friendly crowd or something that throws off your most competitive guests, and the attendants set it accordingly.
Planning something larger? Pair the bull with our carnival and festival rentals, obstacle courses, or dunk tanks, and add event staff to run them.

Setting up in St. Louis parks
Park events are one of our most common bookings, and the two things that decide whether a park works are open space and power. The bull needs a 20 ft by 20 ft footprint and two outlets, and most parks have no electricity, so we bring a generator. Public venues may also need an additional inspection, which we help arrange. Reservable amenities are booked through the City of St. Louis Parks Division.
Benton Park
The easiest of the three for a bull setup. There is plenty of open ground, and the picnic pavilion is lighted and has electric service. The pavilion is first come, first served with no permit required, so arrive early on a summer weekend.
Francis Park
The largest of the three, bounded by Eichelberger, Nottingham, Donovan, and Tamm. Space is never the constraint here, so the questions are where we can park to unload and how far the nearest power is. Reservable amenities go through the Parks Division.
Aboussie Park
The smallest park in the city, at 13th and Lynch. It is a compact neighborhood space rather than an open field, so call us before you plan the bull here. A smaller bounce house or inflatable game is usually the better fit.
Somewhere else in mind, a school field, a church lot, a brewery patio, a private estate? Tell us the venue when you call and we will tell you straight away whether the bull fits and what the site needs.

Mechanical bull rental questions
How much does it cost to rent a mechanical bull?
Our mechanical bull is $1,800 for a 4-hour rental in the St. Louis and St. Charles area. That price includes delivery, setup, two attendants who operate the bull for the full rental, and teardown. Additional hours are $250 each. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
How much space do I need for a mechanical bull?
Plan on a setup area of 20 ft long by 20 ft wide by 10 ft high. The bull itself measures 16 ft by 16 ft by 10 ft. We also need at least 4 feet of clear access to get the equipment to that spot.
What power does the mechanical bull need?
Two outlets. If power is more than 100 feet from the setup area, or you are setting up at a park where there is no electricity, we rent generators.
What is the age limit to ride the mechanical bull?
Riders must be 16 and up. Our attendants adjust the speed and bucking intensity for each rider, so beginners and experienced riders can both ride.
Do you provide someone to operate the bull?
Yes. Two attendants come with the rental and run the controls the entire time. You never operate the bull yourself. If you need staff for other equipment at your event, we rent event staff separately.
Can you set the bull up indoors or at a park?
We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete, indoors or outdoors, as long as the space meets the 20 ft by 20 ft by 10 ft requirement. We cannot set up on rocks. Setups at parks, schools, churches, and other public venues may require an additional inspection, so tell us the venue when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We have one mechanical bull, so it books on a first come, first served basis and goes fastest in peak season. Call (636) 345-2735 as soon as you have a date. A 50% deposit holds it.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but it is credited toward a future rental when you cancel within 48 hours of your event.
